Welcome to my new blog

My name is Norman Bales. I'm an old guy. I remember houses without electricity, gasoline that sold for less than 3o cents a gallon, and hot weather without airconditioning. I'm trying to keep up with the changing world of the third millennium. This blog is my latest attempt to adjust to change.

I'll write about stuff that happens to me in old age. Hopefully some of it will be funny. Sometimes I'll talk about weird things going on in my life. I'll post serious thoughts about the Bible, and ideas about the Christian faith that run through my mind.

    You should add this link (and maybe the one to your Sunday Night update group?) to your link section on the right side of the page.

    Keep playing around with this and you'll find all these "gadgets". :)

    I'm glad to see you starting a blog. Although I'm not quite as old as you, I also remember gas for less than 30 cents a gallon, and I also grew up in hot Texas without air conditioning.
